In keeping with the overarching themes of sustainability and conservation, the Wolgan Valley dining experience is a wholesome, yet lavish affair, offering an extensive menu with a distinctly Australian dishes.

Wolgan Valley Dining

Executive Chef and Food & Beverage Manager, Dwane Goodman, has developed a food philosophy based on the seasonal, regional, and organic produce of local boutique farms, private growers and vintners, whilst his culinary skills showcase Australia's exceptional fare with such specialties as Ormiston free-range pork, kangaroo fillet and Coffin Bay oysters, as well as a selection of delicious local cheeses.

A selection of fruits, vegetables and nuts are used from the resort's kitchen garden, complemented by an organic flare sourced from a radius of no more than 160 kilometres where possible.
