1 Skywards Mile for every US$1 spent during eligible* stays on both room rates (excluding service charges and taxes) and incidentals** including food, beverages, telephone calls and laundry charged to the hotel bill, at participating hotels and resorts. This includes Al Maha Desert Resort & Spa and Wolgan Valley Resort & Spa.

Skywards members who have not paid the eligible* rate will not earn Miles on the room tariff. However, you will still earn Miles (1 Skywards Mile per US$ 1 spent) on all incidentals including food, beverages, telephone calls, laundry and Timeless Spa treatments charged to the hotel bill, at participating hotels and resorts.

Consecutive stays of up to 14 nights will receive Skywards points on the spend for the whole stay period.

• Airline, interline, inter-company, employee, discount rate, complimentary or barter based rooms
• Any stays in conjunction with Skywards redemption, gift certificate or other awards/vouchers
• Government, group and specific promotional rates as specified by each hotel
• Long stay rates of more than 14 consecutive nights
• Skywards Miles will not be awarded for conference related and third party services.
