A dedicated Guest Relations Coordinator is assigned to each of the resort's guests, and they are an intrinsic part of any guests' visit. Thoughtful and pre-emptive, they exude the warm hospitality that is the hallmark, of not only of traditional Arabic culture, but also the main premise of the resort. Visited by Presidents, Princes and many of the worlds best-known personalities, our Guest Relations staff are equipped to cope, with absolute discretion, in the most demanding arrangements.
However, all our guests are treated as special, and the Guest Relations team ensure that everyone is made as welcome as possible. From arranging private dinners and special menus, to orchestrating in secret a groom-to-be's marriage proposal, they can be relied upon to ensure that each visit meets a guests' expectations.

Our staff come from nine different nationalities, and between them speak 14 languages, they can easily arrange to add professional translators to the team if additional languages are required.
